Our program is larger and attracts more female students than the average graduate program in criminology and criminal justice. Funded students get slightly larger awards here than elsewhere. A higher percentage of our PhD graduates find employment in Federal Government agencies than in other programs.

Our faculty is the same size and similar demographically to faculty in other programs. Just as our students receive higher compensation for teaching and research assistantships, our faculty also earn higher salaries than in other places.
