Katie graduated from the Criminal Justice Master's program at the University at Albany in 2010. She is currently in the Ph.D. program at the University of Maryland for Criminilogy and Criminal Justice. Her research interests include decision making modeling/rational choice, particulary utilizing Game Theory, as well as neighborhood level effects on individuals. She is heavily interested in research methods and statistical applications.
